I spent today doing work, well I would like to call it work but it was just website stuff. I put up reviews for Hitman (rubbish) and Indiana Jones (a little less rubbish) on Talote. I also spent some time bug testing Craig’s new multi image uploader for the gallery he has made (which I run an older version of). It will soon look more like these screenshots:
Obviously on my site it will fit in with my template but it at least gives an idea of what it will look like.
He will also have a rather cool looking facebook style image uploader so you can see a thumbnail of each image in a folder as opposed to having to pick them in an individual manner. These screens are probably about a month away from completion so look forward to wedding photos in this fashion at the end of August. Go Craig Go!!!
Anyways after Beth got home I sat outside with her for a while and ate lunch before we both came in and I got back to work. I spent about an hour catching up on Centre Pages for Doug’s shop website and also retemplated his wordpress blog so it matches the rest of the site. Now I just need some help getting the login to work over both parts of the Crownbookshorsham website. In the evening after dinner I went for a short walk with Beth so that I could get some exercise today… always useful. We then just relaxed and watched the film Into the Wild with Emile Hirsch who is a truly brilliant young actor. It is a great film albeit a little slow and I highly recommend it as it is a well told story about a man trying to find out his lifes purpose.

Love the Digital kick up the arse… And thankfully for you, the first template I’m building is basically just a page showing all the different vars the system can produce at different points, hence making creating a new template very very easy. I will warn you one thing though, you may have some fun putting the image grid into your template as its doing to be divs and CSS, much like I did here in this proof of concept.
