I got an hour off at the start of work today to go to the library to take back the book of the Zodiac killings and got out The Assassination of Jesse James which is the book of the film I adored. I got to work slightly before 10am and it was quite busy. I got to the stadium around 2pm and it was busy there also. The match itself was a little rubbish, Fulham without a manager were a little all over the place but were probably the better side. We unfortunately played as we did last season at the back when we let in the stupid goal but we looked the better side for the last 20mins and deserved an equaliser. I am hoping a new manager can whip them into shape because they need it. I have decided to start rating the teams and the referee from now on.
Fulham – 5 – strong for most of the game, damp patch between 50 and 70mins
Wigan – 5 – consistent…ly bad
Alan Wiley – 4 – poor refereeing blighted the game with obvious dives given as fouls.

Anyway it was a decent game and the store was busy after the match. When the cashing up was done (my till was £1 up) I went with nine of my colleagues to Nando’s in Putney (Donya and I walked and the rest got the bus… we beat them there though). It was a nice meal and it was good to talk to my workmates outside of work. We were there for a couple of hours and then we all went our seperate ways. I got home and watched some shows on BBC Iplayer and then watched Match of the Day before going to bed.
